No-Nonsense HR Consultancy has been set up by Deborah Lacide, to provide practical and pragmatic HR advice and training support, targeted at small businesses in the North West which either lack, or have a small HR function. Deborah is a seasoned, MCIPD-qualified Director of HR with significant experience across a number of sectors including financial services, high street retail and food manufacturing. With a proven track record as a senior HR generalist, Deborah also
has significant leadership recruitment, training and development experience, as well as a background of change management, employee relations and employee engagement. Deborah prides herself in her straight-forward approach and is commercially astute and able to quickly gain credibility within senior teams and operators alike through her listening skills.
